Can’t login?
  1. Try clicking this link, then try logging in again
  2. Try using your browser incognito mode.

If the above doesn’t work and you know your username and password, try clearing your cookies in your browser.

Chrome:  (Windows or Mac)

  • Open Chrome.
  • In the top right corner of the browser click the three dots.
  • Click on “Advanced.” at the bottom of the page
  • Click on the section “Clear browsing data.”
  • Under the “All cookies and site data” section, click “Clear data.”

Firefox: (Windows or Mac)

  • Open Firefox.
  • In the top right-hand corner of the browser, click the “menu burger,” (three parallel lines), and click the “Privacy” tab.
  • Select “Clear your recent history.”
  • Ensure just “Cookies” is checked, (select the time frame if required). If you want to delete all cookies, select “Everything.”
  • Click “Clear now.”

Internet Explorer: (Windows 10, Windows 8.1, and Windows 7)

  • Open Internet Explorer.
  • Select “Tools” from the menu, then “Safety”, and then “Delete browsing history.”
  • Ensure “Cookies and website data” checkbox is selected, and then click on “Delete.”

Microsoft Edge (Windows PC)

  • Open Microsoft Edge
  • Open “more” menu and select “Settings.”
  • Go to “Clear browsing data,” and then select “cookies and saved website data”. Select clear.
